Pillar of Stones - Guideline for Group Discussion

·      Please keep your sharing focused on your own thoughts and feelings as they relate to the topic of the night.  Please limit your sharing to 3-5 minutes.

·      While someone else is talking, please stay focused on what they are sharing and refrain from interrupting them.

·      We are here to listen, to support, and to be supported by each other, not to give advice, however, feel free to share how things are working for you.

·      Anonymity and confidentially are basic requirements. What is shared in the group stays in the group.  The only exception is when someone is being injured or threatens to injure themselves or others.

·      Offensive language has no place in a Christ-centered group.

·      If anyone feels that another is being too explicit, they may so signify by quietly raising their hand.
